Utilit-e Connect 6.4 is LIVE!

Utilit-e Connect 6.4 which includes the new cashiering module, is now live at two PCS clients. Three additional utilities are scheduled to be live by April 30th.

Benefits of the new Cash Module

     Unlimited tender types – cash, checks, credit cards, money orders, coupons, etc.

     Stronger audit controls

     Ability to override the standard payment allocation

     Receipt written in Crystal Reports

     View entered documents via the input screen

     Define deposit groups for tighter controls and integration with General Ledger and Cash Manager

     Cash batch retained for historical viewing after posting

     All graphical user interface which looks and feels like the Customer Service module

     All data is stored in a SQL database
